OCAD U students! Do you have an idea for a collaborative exhibition? The International Programs & Collaborations Office (IPCO) is excited to present a professional development opportunity that fosters collaboration between OCAD U students and your peers from our partner institutions worldwide. Curate your own exhibition and showcase your work alongside post-secondary students from around the world. We aim to highlight the diverse creative expressions of OCAD U students.

We are accepting proposals from both individuals and groups for an upcoming virtual exhibition. This exhibition will revolve around themes in new media, art, or design disciplines. This is your chance to share your unique vision, narratives, and creative endeavors with a global audience, while also building connections within a worldwide creative community. Join us this summer for an opportunity where you'll gain experience in exhibition curation, collaboration, and global networking.

HOW IT WORKS:

  •  Step 1: Call for Participants: Our office will disseminate your exhibition proposal to students at our international partner institutions around the world. They'll have the opportunity to submit their work in response to your call.

  • Step 2: Selection Process: Our office will collect all student submissions and support you throughout the jurying process to select participants for the exhibition.

  • Step 3: Curating Process: Once participants are selected, we will collaborate with you to curate the exhibition using a 3D virtual exhibition platform.

  • Support (ongoing): We will be there to assist you throughout the entire exhibition development process.
