Mindful Campus
Created in partnership with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, our Mindful Campus program is designed to help emerging creatives develop techniques that will help them flourish. This initiative includes mindfulness-training activities to teach students coping skills, increase optimism and strengthen connections, promoting both academic and personal success. Mindful Campus offers videos, in-person and virtual group classes, and student wellness peer supports. Programming also includes regular pop-up social activities on campus, like yoga sessions, film screenings, and crafting workshops designed to promote mindfulness in a peer setting.
