Onsite Gallery is committed to providing visitors with a welcoming and accessible venue. It is our duty to serve the OCAD U community and general public in a manner that respects the independence and dignity of all guests.

We are open to the public, and admission is free.

About Onsite Gallery

Onsite Gallery offers powerful, thought-provoking exhibitions of art, design and digital media to stimulate conversations on critical issues facing Toronto and the world. 

Onsite is taking the following safety measures: 

  • Ensuring access to masks and hand sanitizer
  • Implementing frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces throughout the day

Disposable masks and hand sanitizer are available. If you are not feeling well, or have been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19, please stay home.

Quick Facts on Onsite Gallery’s Accessibility

Onsite Gallery is an accessible venue for visitors with physical disabilities. The gallery is equipped with:

  • a level entrance;
  • two accessible washrooms (all gender);
  • wide and unobstructed pathways within the interior; and
  • automatic doors at the entrance.

There is seating available throughout the gallery.

Printed text in the gallery meets accessibility guidelines (minimum of 12pt font size for ease of readability).

How to Get to Onsite Gallery

Washrooms

There are two single, all-gender and wheelchair accessible washrooms equipped with an emergency call button.

Gallery Tours

Our student staff work at the front desk have an in-depth understanding with the gallery, exhibition, artists, artworks and upcoming public events. Feel free to approach them with any questions on the gallery or exhibitions. 

Group tours are available and booked in advance with the Programs & Community Coordinator. To request a tour, please contact susanjama@ocadu.ca.
