Student Wellness Centre

Student Buildings
This fee supports spaces and facilities for student activities and services at 230 Richmond Street (5th and 6th floors), 115 McCaul (3rd floor), and student galleries. The fee is charged in the Summer, Fall and Winter terms.

Xpace Cultural Centre

Canadian Federation of Students (“CFS”)
This fee provides membership to the Canadian Federation of Students, Canada’s largest post-secondary student organization. The fee is charged in the Fall and Winter terms. For details, visit CFS.
Orientation Fee (new students only)
This fee supports transition programs for new OCAD students. It's a one-time fee for incoming students. The fee is charged in the Fall term. For more details, visit Orientation.
Health and Dental Plan Fee
Students (1.5 credits or more per term and full-time graduate programs) are enrolled in the University's Health and Dental Plan every academic year. Production material fees

Production materials fees cover the cost of consumable materials used in student work at OCAD U's shops and studios. These fees are added to a student's financial account upon course registration and are non-refundable after the full refund withdrawal deadline. Some courses in dedicated studios also have related fees, noted in the course calendar.

The “Supplies” section of the course syllabus or outline in Canvas will list these required materials along with their associated costs, if applicable.
