We are pleased to provide OCAD University alums with a variety of benefits and services, from career development support to library privileges, it's our way of supporting our community post-graduation and developing stronger alum networks.

OCAD U email accounts

Alums have access to their OCAD U email accounts up to two years after their convocation date. Please email ithelp@ocadu.ca if you need help accessing your account.

Ordering transcripts

Previous students who no longer have OCAD U login credentials may submit a request for a transcript from the Office of the Registrar using the Request for Official Documents Form. OCAD University partners with  MyCreds™ to provide secure, digital access to official student documents. If you don’t remember your OCAD U ID number, please complete the form as best you can. If we need more information, we will contact you. Subject to your account being in good standing, the process of releasing official document involves coordination across multiple offices, with a standard timeline up to 10 business days.
 

Proof of graduation

Updating your contact info

You can update your contact information and modify your email preferences via the Alumni & Donor Portal. If you require registration assistance, please email us at alumni@ocadu.ca.
 

Getting your tuition certificate

Alums have access to Self-Service to download their T2202 forms for tax purposes. Please email ithelp@ocadu.ca if you need help accessing your account.
