Alums have access to their OCAD U email accounts up to two years after their convocation date. Please email ithelp@ocadu.ca if you need help accessing your account.
Transcripts of your academic record are useful when applying for graduate school, scholarships or certain jobs. Alums can request transcripts through the Office of the Registrar.
Proof of graduation may be requested by completing through the Office of the Registrar. Please note that a letter will not be issued if you have outstanding accounts at the University.
You can update your contact information and modify your email preferences via the Alumni & Donor Portal. If you require registration assistance, please email us at alumni@ocadu.ca.

As an OCAD U alum, you have access to our RBC Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers (RBC CEAD) for one-on-one career advising. Discuss career pathways, professional art or design practice, how to source opportunities and much more. These sessions are available to alums by appointment up to five years after you graduate. The OCAD U Talent Network is available exclusively to current OCAD U students and alums and it’s the easiest way to search for jobs in art and design, connect with employers and gain professional experience in your creative field.

Financial Aid & Awards offers financial literacy services to recent OCAD U alums. Visit Financial Aid for more information, or visit them in person at 51 McCaul St. (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
Alums are eligible to access OCAD U library materials, including periodicals, peer reviewed journals, and other scholarly resources, through our specially discounted membership of $50/year through the OCAD U Library.
The School of Continuing Studies at OCAD U offers courses, certificates and micro-credentials designed to meet your professional and lifelong learning goals. OCAD U alums are eligible to receive a 15% discount on courses! Contact continuingstudies@ocadu.ca for more information.
