We are pleased to provide OCAD University alums with a variety of benefits and services, from career development support to library privileges, it's our way of supporting our community post-graduation and developing stronger alum networks.

OCAD U email accounts

Alums have access to their OCAD U email accounts up to two years after their convocation date. Please email ithelp@ocadu.ca if you need help accessing your account.

Ordering transcripts

Alumni Relations cannot access or issue information from former student accounts. All alumni requests for official documents, including transcripts, verification of graduation, or requests for replacement diplomas must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar at reghelp@ocadu.ca.

Updating your contact info

You can update your contact information and modify your email preferences via the Alumni & Donor Portal. If you require registration assistance, please email us at alumni@ocadu.ca.
 

Getting your tuition certificate

Alums have access to Self-Service to download their T2202 forms for tax purposes. Please email ithelp@ocadu.ca if you need help accessing your account.
