The RBC Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers (RBC CEAD) provides one-on-one career advising to discuss career pathways, experiential learning placements, how to source opportunities, and more. These sessions are available by appointment to students and recent alums, up to five years after graduation.
Please come prepared with your résumé/CV and, if you have one ready, an online portfolio, in order to help guide the conversation accordingly. Visit our Tools & Resources page for guides on how you can develop them.
Online advising by appointment
To book a virtual advising session, please log onto the Talent Network and follow these steps:
- Before being able to book an appointment, you first need to complete your personal and academic profile.
- Under the "Events & Advising" tab and RSVP for a date/timeslot that fits your schedule. The timeslot you select will no longer be available to others once you choose it.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with the link to the Microsoft Teams Video Chat. Follow the instructions on the date and time of your appointment to connect.
