Board of Governors’ Internal Member Nomination: 2025/26 Election – Student Member on the Board

A vacancy exists for the following Student position on the Board:

  • One (1) Undergraduate Student position elected by registered full-time/part-time Undergraduate Student at OCAD University

Nominations are now being accepted for an Internal Member position on the OCAD University Board of Governors.

 

Eligible candidates may submit a nomination for this position until Monday, September 8, 2025 4:00 p.m. EDT

Nominations are now closed. Electronic voting for the Permanent Manager vacancy and the Permanent Staff vacancy begins May 26, 2025.

VOTING & ELECTIONS TIMELINE

All employed Permanent Managers at OCAD University are eligible to vote for the Permanent Manager position on the Board of Governors; and all Permanent Staff at OCAD University are eligible to vote for the Permanent Staff position on the Board of Governors.

An e-mail invitation to the online electronic voting portal will be sent to eligible permanent managers and permanent staff to vote in this election during the election period.

Electronic Election Period: May 26, 2025 to May 28, 2025.
