Is your coursework piling up at end-of-term? Not sure how to juggle everything? Join this interactive in-person workshop for self-identified neurodivergent students, including those who identify with Autism and Attention Deficit. Learn how to feel in control of your schedule and practice supportive strategies for time management. 

 

Topics will include: 

  • How to identify priorities 
  • How to break down your work 
  • How to make getting started easier 

 

This workshop will be held on Thursday November 16 2023 1-2pm at the Student Wellness Centre (230 Richmond St. W. 8th floor).
