Nominations Now Open - Senate By-Election for Faculty-At Large Vacancies

Nominations are now being accepted for the following vacancies on the 2023/2024 Senate Membership:
Six (6) Faculty At-Large vacancies. Faculty At-Large Senators are nominated and elected by and from all Tenured and Tenure-Track, Continuing, Contractually-Limited Term Appointment (CLTA) and Teaching Intensive-Stream (TIS) Faculty Members. Faculty At-Large senators are elected for a two-year term and may be nominated for a second consecutive two-year term.
The Senate is the highest body of academic governance at OCAD University and is responsible for the establishment and regulation of all academic policy, standards, and procedures. In particular, the Senate has purview over academic programming, academic strategic planning, quality assurance, student affairs and any other matter relating to academic issues.
Tenured/Tenure-Track, Continuing, Contractually-Limited Term Appointment (CLTA) or Teaching Intensive-Stream (TIS) faculty members are invited to submit a nomination by Monday, September 11, 2023, 4:00 pm (EDT).
