Materiality speaks, and metal calls. The OCAD University Foundry Club is thrilled to announce Tempered Bonds: Grain & Grit. Recognized by its durability and strength, metal is a fascinating medium that captivates its users. Foundry processes and metal fabrication are often completed through many hours of labor and specialized techniques. Filled with collaboration and knowledge sharing, its studio spaces buzz with excitement. Focused on metal-centred work, this exhibition spans many artists' practices, highlighting the remarkable character of metal.
