Jonathan Djob Nkondo is a French filmmaker (Scavengers Reign), illustrator, and comic book author whose work, typically composed of a limited color palette, is both dreamlike, poetic, and introspective. He studied animation at Gobelins in Paris, France. After graduating in 2011, he has focused on creating conceptual and playful works, with themes that vary depending on the mediums used. His work reflects a desire to push the boundaries of the art of storytelling and movement.
