MCA 225A is located at the back of the Ada Slaight Gallery (highlighted in pink on map).

Plinths can only be booked in person and during limited times.

Visit MCA 225A during the following reservation periods (dates/times may be subject to change so check this page 2 days prior to arriving):
Thursday April 24: 1:00 - 1:30 pm

Thursday May 1: 1:30 - 2:00 pm

Monday May 5: 1:00 - 1:30 pm

  • A maximum of 3 plinths per student can be booked during each reservation period.
     
  • If you require more than 3 plinths, return the following week and upon availability you may book 3 more at a time.
     
  • Plinths can be picked up during any of the reservation times listed above, but you must pick it up by May 5,  1:30pm or your reservation is considered abandoned and it may be given to someone else.
     
  • All plinths must be returned to the Ada Slaight Gallery no later than May 13
    You may leave them there at any time after GradEx with your information taped to the plinth(s).




No email requests will be granted, must be booked in person.

 
OCAD U ID card is required.
 
If student cannot book in person another student or Faculty may reserve plinths on their behalf, but it will be under their name.
 
You must provide the room number you will be exhibiting in.

Plinths must be returned in the condition you received them in or better.

A fee of $150 will be charged for each unreturned or severely damaged plinth.


Please be advised that OCAD U hosted events may be documented through photographs and video. These images may be used by the University for promotional, advertising, and educational purposes. By participating in our events, both on campus and off-site, you consent to allowing OCAD University to document and use your image and likeness. However, if you do not want us to use a photo or video of you or your child, please don’t hesitate to let us know when you arrive at the event.
