Zan Chandler

Zan Chandler is a Senior Foresight Analyst at Policy Horizons Canada, the Government of Canada's Centre of Excellence in foresight. Her background includes training in strategic foresight, innovation, policy analysis, media production and linguistics as well as work experience with management consultants, provincial and federal government, and creative and cultural organizations.

Zan is a graduate of the University of Toronto (Linguistics), Ryerson University's School of Image Arts (Media Arts), Canadian Film Centre's Media Lab (Interactive Art and Entertainment) and OCAD University (Strategic Foresight and Innovation).
