Rhonda N. Geraghty is an international, interdisciplinary practitioner–researcher, educator and social policy advisor.
A trained interior architect and strategist with over 25 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing and directing all aspects of design as capability throughout ground-breaking project work with public, private and third-party sectors, Rhonda has worked with the United Nations, the European Commission, World Vision, Hilton Hotels, Revlon Professional and numerous retail, corporate, institutional and private clients globally.
Holding a PhD in Design Research from the Centre for Competitive, Creative Design (C4D) Cranfield University (UK), a MFA and AFA in Interior Architecture from the P.A.A Ecole des Beaux Arts (France), and a B.A in Political Science / Art History from the University of Toronto (Canada); Rhonda has cultivated her interdisciplinary focus to strategically drive change and to maximize design’s value and impact in diverse disciplines. She is a systems thinker, thought leader and champion of inclusivity .
Rhonda is the former Chair and Program Coordinator at an Ontario University. She is the Co-Director of an International Social Innovation Think Tank, a Sr. Principal of a Design-Research Practice, and a proud wife and mother of three exceptional children.
