Last day for Principal Advisor to approve graduate student (MA, MDes or MFA) thesis revisions (Applies to students who defended in the Fall 2024 term).

Last day for Principal Advisor to approve graduate student MRPs (Applies to students registered in the Fall 2024 term).

Last day for graduate students completing their MRP or thesis in the Fall 2024 term to upload an approved copy of their thesis or MRP to the Open Research Repository (applies to graduate students enrolled in Masters [MA, MDes and MFA] programs).

Last day to submit grade appeals for Fall 2024 term courses.

Deadline for payment of Winter 2025 term tuition.

Deadline to submit an Application for Reinstatement for Fall/Winter 2025 admission.

Last day to submit Application to Change Major.

Deadline to submit an Intent to Graduate for May 2025 Graduation. Graduation term: Winter 2025 (program completed April 2025 or earlier).

Last day for graduate students (MA, MDes and MFA) to submit an electronic copy of the thesis document and pre-exam form to the School of Graduate Studies for defences scheduled in the Fall 2025 term.

Last day to be considered for the undergraduate Fourth-Year Awards & Medals program. 

Last day for SGS to request registration in 4000-level courses (see D&D webpage).

Last day for UG students to request reg in 5000-level courses (see D&D webpage)

Deadline for graduate students (MA, MDes, MFA) to submit OVGS or CUGTA requests for the Spring/Summer 2025 term.

Deadline to submit Field Placement and Independent Study application and proposal forms for Spring/Summer 2025 term credit. (Undergraduate only).

Deadline to submit Field Placements, Residency or Independent Study Applications for Spring/Summer 2025 term (Graduate Students only).

Deadline to submit Letter of Permission requests to study at another accredited postsecondary institution for Spring/Summer 2025 term credit.

Last day of 2025 Winter-term classes.

Deadline to submit applications for Alumni Degree Completion for studies beginning Fall/Winter 2025.

Grade submission deadline for Fall courses. Note: This is the deadline for instructors to submit their grades. Students should work to the deadlines in their course syllabus. Undergraduate extensions beyond this date require the permission of the instructor and an approved Student Petition. Graduate instructors should contact sgshelp@ocadu.ca.
