Almeda Black Student Collective
Introducing the Almeda Black Student Collective! This group is for OCAD U’s Black identifying students to unify and support one another in creative endeavours, create opportunities through events and exhibitions, address and discuss social issues, ideas, educate each other and enhance the Black culture at OCAD while birthing long-lasting communal relationships!

Environmental Committee OCAD (ECOCAD)
The Environmental Committee at OCAD or (ECOCAD for short) invites you to be a part of our garden and attend our monthly meetings where we do more than just think green. Geared towards students of all disciplines, we convene on the common goal of supporting sustainability that extends beyond school grounds. We aim to promote a cleaner campus and enable a circular economy with art-supply exchanges, community clean-ups, and open ecological discussions.

Mask Bloc
The OCADU Mask Bloc is a disability justice collective operating on the principles of mutual aid, harm reduction and collective access. We provide free high quality respirator masks to OCAD U students, disseminate information regarding the ongoing pandemic, and aim to increase the accessibility of other tools and resources in order to to keep ourselves and each other safe and well. We care about community care!

OCAD U Jewish Club
We are the OCAD U Jewish Club. We aim to bring Jewish and Israeli students, along with allies, together to form a strong and welcoming community.
Project Hope
A space for creatives, faculty and community to gather mindfully and address critical issues with play and hope to transform our futures. We will meet to talk about our ideas and work on creative projects as art is a powerful tool of expression. Project Hope welcomes you to co-creation, co-facilitation is encouraged from new and existing participants. We welcome your creativity and unique gifts!

Shoes Off Collective
The Shoes Off Collective (SOC) is a community of Asian-identifying creatives who connect through in-common diasporic experiences. In addition to connecting through culture, art, design, identity, activism and social issues, we hangout together, eat together and create together.
