VOKUNJI is a post-apocalyptic sculptural collage show by artist/animator, OCADU Instructor Andrew "Rewfoe" Foerster. The show will feature 18 pieces never before showcased, as well as a series of photographs of the pieces shot in nature (and small postcards too!) VOKUNJI will run for one week at Northern Contemporary Gallery, 1605 Queen St West, Toronto from Oct 24-31.

The Office of Research & Innovation is hosting information sessions and grant writing workshops in advance of the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSHRC) Insight Development Grant submission deadline in February 2020. The SSHRC IDG provides up to $75,000 over two years to support research in its initial stages.  This funding is especially applicable to emerging scholars and supports the development of new research questions and/or approaches.

Simon Glass is a Toronto-based visual artist. He is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Art at OCAD University and teaches photography and cross-disciplinary art. Glass graduated from the Ontario College of Art in 1983 where he trained as a photographer and visual artist. He completed an M.A. in Media and Communication at the European Graduate School in 2005.
