Virtual Art Therapy Group for OCADU Students
Art therapy combines visual art techniques with psychotherapy. In the OCAD U Art Therapy Group, students will be introduced to art therapy techniques that can help them find individualized and creative ways of reducing stress. This group provides students with a space for self-expression, self-exploration, connection with peers, and stress-reduction in a non-judgmental environment.
