Students and employees may now submit their Proof of Vaccination using the OCAD U Safe app (found in the Apple App Store and Google Play) or through the Proof of Vaccination submission web page.
Please upload your Ontario vaccination certificate(s). If you do not have an Ontario vaccination certificate, upload your out-of-province or out-of-Canada proof of vaccination. Read more about how to register your out-of-province vaccine with Toronto Public Health.
Medical exemptions
Individuals who have a medical exception for being vaccinated can now complete the OCAD U Vaccine Exemption – Medical form and provide the applicable documentation.
As of Tuesday, September 7, 2021 only individuals who have submitted their proof of vaccination or are participating in the rapid testing program will be admitted to OCAD University facilities.
