It’s time to start thinking about academic governance! Nominations are now being accepted for undergraduate and graduate student volunteer positions on the OCAD University Senate and the Board of Governors.
By taking part in institutional governance, you have the opportunity to become a member of a governing body that oversees the academic functions (Senate) or the administrative and fiscal matters (Board of Governors) of OCAD University. As part of these integral leading functions, you will be able to provide a student perspective while engaging in productive dialogue surrounding hot-button topics at OCAD U.
Student members of the Senate and Board of Governors have a wonderful opportunity to represent themselves and their peers as voices for change and gain valuable leadership experience and insight into university governance!
