Embracing Neurodiversity

Embracing Neurodiversity Peer-led Drop In

Inviting everyone who has their own unique ways of thinking, interacting, and experiencing the world. A peer-led space to share your lived experiences of barriers/stigma and find community

Embracing Neurodiversity is a drop in group for neurodivergent students to connect over shared experiences navigating life and OCADU. Facilitated by Student Union Accessibility Representative Purvi Agarwal and Student Wellness Community Worker Alex McLaren.

Monday, October 16
3:30pm-5pm
8th Floor of 230 Richmond St. W., Toronto, ON

This space is led by facilitators with lived experience and understand how stigma, discrimination, and bias creates barriers to access. We welcome students to the space who self-identify as neurodivergent or questioning (including Autism, Attention Deficit, Learning Dis/abilities, and more.)

This is a partnership between the Student Wellness Centre and OCAD Student Union.  For more information or accommodations, contact Purvi by email accessibility@ocadsu.org
