If you answered yes to any of these questions, then learning some DBT Skills could be helpful for you! DBT is short for Dialectical Behavior Therapy and is a skills group- we focus on skill development in four areas: distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Please join us is learning some DBT Skills before the holiday closure!
