OCAD U 2021-2022 TEACHING AWARDS
DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS: APRIL 18, 2022
The Call for Nominations for the 2021-2022 Teaching Awards is now open! The awards celebrate teaching at the university and are presented annually in recognition of outstanding faculty, instructors and teaching assistants who employ equitable, inclusive and innovative teaching methods that provide meaningful learning experiences for students. All OCAD U students, staff and other faculty members are invited to nominate one of our many dedicated faculty members and teaching assistants for this year's awards. The deadline to submit your nomination is Monday, April 18th at 11:59pm.
Nomination Eligibility and Information
- All faculty members and teaching assistants who taught in the Spring/Summer 2021, Fall 2021 and Winter 2022 terms are eligible to be nominated for this year’s awards.

Nominators are asked to submit a brief nomination letter along with the nomination form linked below.

NOMINATION FORM
A shortlist of nominees will be announced in mid-May and final results posted on the OCAD U website in the late summer. Award recipients will also be recognized publicly at the Fall 2022 Academic Year Welcome event.
The Price Award for Tenured and Tenure-Track Faculty, which acknowledges sustained and ongoing contributions and leadership in teaching is presented in honour of JH and Mamie Price.
