OCAD University’s RBC Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers is excited to announce a recruited placement in partnership with Arts Etobicoke for the role of Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator will join the Arts Etobicoke team to support their community art classes and outdoor events and workshops. This is a fantastic opportunity for OCAD U students interested in building skills in arts facilitation and education from a community-centered approach. The role will be a combination of remote and in-person work in Etobicoke. Arts Etobicoke offers programming in a variety of mediums for all ages and levels of interest, from professional to emerging artists, hobbyists to community seekers. Their programming is diverse in discipline and accessibly located throughout Etobicoke, providing opportunities for everyone to engage with the arts in whichever way they feel comfortable.
Arts Etobicoke is a not-for-profit charitable organization that focuses on improving people’s lives through the arts. They have developed an inclusive and creative community hub that is open to all people in West Toronto. They believe in providing equitable access to the arts regardless of economic or social status.
